With one sick child and just two littles at home, I was able to put up my feet and watch "Fly Away Home," (sob), and sew on binding this morning!
All finished!
I chose Kona solid in Sable, which I had in my stash.

This quilt has gone to its new home this summer. A final shot from the spring, which I think shows its colours the most accurately. Thanks for everyone's interest in this quilt. Here again is the link to the pattern at Moda Bake Shop.
Beautiful quilt - Fandango is such a lovely fabric. I am thinking of using a few charm packs of Good Fortune to make one of these too!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kirsten! I'm sure your quilt will be lovely. Good Fortune is a pretty line!
ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful quilt! I love your border.
ReplyDeleteThanks!!
ReplyDeleteCarla, I'm SO impressed! I am loving your blog, and will be back to scout around some more. I work at Addie's here in Cochrane. I cannot believe the output, girl!! Ronnie suggested we come for a weekend sometime... Even maybe just me and we can work on something together??!
ReplyDeleteHi Gayle! Thanks so much :) We'd love to see you up here, just let us know when it works for you. Hoping I can drop in on your shop too, someday!
ReplyDeleteI love it so so so so much! Makes me want to make my own. With Fandango, of course. But it would make more sense to use my stash ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Franziska! I think this quilt would look lovely with any fabric, but it is fun to shop for more, isn't it?
